Blogging headache-need aspirin!

I have been reading and trying and reading and trying and reading and trying and… well,you get it-to create a blog button so I can put it on my blog as well as www.teachingblogaddict.com . My head is about to burst! 🙂 🙂 Here is the image that I have created so far, but I still have to work on all that code stuff!

I’m glad school is almost out so that I can work on this-I almost want to just pay someone to make the blog button for me!! 🙂

I created this image on www.picnik.com which is very cool. I wish somebody at my school was VERY technology savvy so they could help me!!!!! 🙂

CALGON-take me away!!

  1. Like this? I am not sure how it’ll render as a comment, but it’s how the book-blog badges work:

  2. I put a button for your blog on my blog and a “grab my button” box so that you can grab it. I wasn’t sure which blog you wanted it to link to. If you like it, I can send you the code for the whole “grab my button box.”

    Hope this helps!

  3. well, rats. I tried to write it for you. In the comment I pasted in html that made a button out of your blue flip-flops design.

    I guess comments don’t allow that – I wonder if this way will work… not really using angle brackets:

    <a href=”https://6thgradescottforesmanreadingstreetresources.wordpress.com/2011/05/18/blogging-headache-need-aspirin/”>
    <img src=”https://6thgradescottforesmanreadingstreetresources.files.wordpress.com/2011/05/blue-floral-flip-flop1.jpg” alt=”shannonjoe on picnik Design” border=”10″ /></a>

  4. So, paste what-looks-like HTML into the VISUAL editor, in order to get the gt; and lt; codes to substitute for the pointy-brackets. If you want the button itself, switch to the HTML view of the post editor, and carefully put the html in there.

    • OK-I am d-u-m-b, but where are the editors on my blog dashboard? I tried to copy and paste your code into a text box as a widget for my sidebar, but only a red “x” is showing up on my sidebar!
